Actually offensively KCP and Braun had almost identical offensive numbers last year and the second half of the year, Braun’s were better. Now Braun was getting those vs second teamers, so we will have to see if that translates to the same vs playing first team defenders. The flip side of that coin is that Jokic has made almost every player who plays with him better.

My money is on Strawther being much improved his sophomore year. After he got hurt this year, he didn’t ever play well again and Malone wasn’t, shall we say, generous in giving him minutes. But you are right, he is unproven and I could be wrong. It won’t be the first time.

Kerr has stuck with him for two reasons:
1. It takes Embiid more time than most to ramp up out of zero competitive basketball.
2. Embiid draws so much gravity. He is the guy that gets doubles despite all the talent on the floor.

Very excited that Embiid has been working with Kerr on his screen game. I’ve never seen Embiid screen on a pin down better than these sets I’ve seen with him and Curry.
