One team winning the championship doesn't mean the rest of the conference was good. A lot of those East teams SUUUUUUCKED. This isn't even a personal opinion. Its a widely accepted fact that the Eastern Conference was the weaker conference

Celtics, Heat, Magic, Pistons, Cavs and Pacers with the Bulls sprinkled in.

They all kind of intermingled where one was good one wasn't. Save for the Pistons of course.

I don't think the disparity then was that big.

Klay is far from washed, he's just in a different phase. Will be great as a 6th man who can shoot and actually defend unlike so many shooters. 3 years seems fine, shooters age well.
