That makes sense for him to spent time in the G-league. He's simply not ready for the pace of the NBA games. Like I said in another comment I'm rooting for him. Too bad he's a Laker! :heh:

Yeah, ideally, he'd have stayed another year in college to develop. Since he didn't, the G-league is the next best thing.

I kind of feel for the kid because from everything I've heard, he's a good kid who works hard, doesn't try to "big time" anybody and is well liked by his teammates. But some feel like they have to throw shade because they don't like his Dad or think being drafted #55 means he somehow "stole" someone's spot.

I think saying it was so funny I forgot to laugh was a fittingly bad reply for a bad joke.

I would like to think that LeBron properly prepared Bronny for all the haters that will be going after him. There's a fine line between hatred and jealously.

I’ll say it again, Buddy has made more 3s than anyone in the last 5 years, that included Steph. If you are all the sudden going to shoot 3s volume is needed. Trent is not that guy, but he would be a bit of a step up over what they have.
39.3% is better than what Hield shot.

Trent averaged 6.4 3's a game. Hield? 6.7 a game between Indy and Philly....so basically the same?

The Lakers also have Russell who made 41.5% and attempted 7.2 per game, more than both.

They also have Bron who made 41% on 5 attempts.

Hachimura made 42% on 3 attempts.

Reaves made 37% on 5 attempts.

Dinwiddie prolly gonna be brought back and made 39% on 3 attempts.

Plus Knecht 4.....rookie but he could be a sniper.

Increase that (Redick's offensive philosophy) and things could be fine.

And Trent will be cheaper.....there is something called the salary cap, tou will find out avout that in a few years when you have to pay everybody..

Average at best. He also has a low fg %. He doesn’t do much to help you win. Like I said, decent role player and he can shoot
You have to surround Bron with shooters, you know this though.

The Lakers need shooters and he is career 38.6% from downtown. That is pretty damn good.

I know all about the salary cap, more importantly Presti does. Plans are being made, A B and C.

So just schooled you on the trey % and no response on the main part of the post.

Got it, moving on,
You were schooled the second it was made known who has the most 3s in the league the last 3 years. That ended it. You are the one that chose to involve the Thunder.

% is efficiency.

You're welcome.
You probably better overpay for Trent then since he is so good. Oh wait, never mind.

Then why on earth would anybody now want to move DRuss just because he didn't show-up in the playoffs? If Redick is the motivator everyone claims than neither DRuss, Hachimura, or Reaves should not be included in any trade proposals because all of them were very good 3-point shooters.

I think Dinwiddie was mentioned in going to sign with Dallas but I have not seen anything official yet.

Looks like we keeping Russell now.....and may deal him at the trade deadline (expiring contract and teams may be looking to tank the and half of the season with the '25 draft) if we are struggling........c'mon, Retro!!!! This ain't rocket science!!!!
