total hypothetical for you guys since its not happening anyway- listened to the radio and i was thinking about this

say the Anthony Davis has a major injury- is out for the year--- and the Lakers want to trade LeBron James since they are out of it and decide to rebuild.

how many more years would you have to KNOW that LeBron could play at a high level (and would not retire) for to trade Garland for him? I would not do it for 1 year. 2 years would be a tough choice. I WOULD do it for 3 years I think.
