Winning titles is how teams are ultimately judged.

Apparently, the Cavs and Celtics couldn't accomplish that despite being "among the top 2 or 3 teams in the league".

Of the top 3 teams in the league every year, don't 2 of them fail to win the title?

Orlando 22-8
Celtics 21-9

All 3 had a winning % of over 70 vs the big bad west that year.

Who won the title that year?

But this was what you said and the fact is the Cavs had a similar winning % against the West as they did the East that year....

It wasn't.

This debate was never about the Cavs/Celtics. It was always about Dwight Howard and I was shouting him out for bringing that Orlando team to the finals in a year where they had to go through a 62 & 66 win team

It is an incredibly stupid conversation because anyone can go back and read this little debate and see it had nothing to do with winning title. It was a AD vs Dwight 75th team debate which led to me reminding myself that group he took to the finals.
