Have they changed the way Twitter/X links work? Not getting the images anymore just text. Before all I did was a simple copy and paste. Any suggestions?
I have the same problems but some others here don’t so they must be doing something different but I don’t know what.

Did the Sixers somehow not know that he had a player option?

Did they think he wouldn't opt in?

Did they somehow not know that he had trade kicker?

Or did they know all of that and trade for him anyway?
Actually this deal he’s on now was a deal he signed with the Sixers. They assumed that if they didn’t renegotiate that Harden would move on. They thought the choices were commit to Harden for bigger money and 2-3 more years or Harden walks. They didn’t anticipate him picking up his player option. I guess they as well didn’t realize how bad the Harden market would be. They knew he wasn’t worth max money but they didn’t realize that essentially there would be zero interest for him.

Simps are made he’s right

Dude is 7 ft tall and would be guarded by people 6-4/6-5
I just think the message is hilarious “Enes Kanter has never received any accolades in the NBA” haha.

I can’t wait for how uncomfortable he’s going to make this

Doesn't seem like they did a very good job of understanding what they were signing him to and who they were dealing with.

I feel for you Sixers fans as you're getting a taste of what Lakers fans dealt with when Short Buss was around...and I feel for Embiid because they're fucking up his title window.

But Morey deserves this and to a lesser extent, so does your owner.

Yep. Millionaires bickering with billionaires and nobody is as great as they think they are. They’re all still printing money and we the fans pay the biggest debt. I don’t feel too badly for Embiid though. We are here because he is the best player but he can’t raise his game in the playoffs.

He doesn’t have to look at his own team’s ineptitude like signing 7’3’’ of Planter Fasciitis or giving a guard with no left hand 60 million a year if he can point and laugh at someone else.

Sixers championships since the Process - 0
Celtics championships since the Process - 0

Easy to say that stuff now, he’s not losing money yet. I don’t think he will give up a dime.
I hope the Sixers take the new rule and because everything is in their hands, tell Harden we will keep paying you to stay away.

I hear you but there is just something fundamentally wrong with that in my opinion.

Nah, the problem is that regardless of what the league does, teams still openly tank.

So just let them do it.

Tanking has natural consequences.

I’m told most fans aren’t smart enough to wait for their team to try and build the right way.

So most rush the job or don’t fully bottom out because they want to sell tickets.

And they end up being perpetually mediocre.

The league needs to stop trying to fight it. Bottoming out is a natural and necessary part of rebuilding.

Agreed! I hate nationally televised games. They don’t do their homework. They show up and mail it in. They can talk about James Harden and Joel Embiid on a telecast but when it comes to the rest of the team they don’t know shit. I would much rather watch the local telecast.

I think BKS is just focused on this as a sign of respect. You have to check out Heat Twitter (or X) to understand it. I’ve never seen a fan base that cries more playing the disrespect card. They’re convinced that the league office hates them and the media doesn’t respect them. They should just change the name of the franchise to the Miami Karens.

Pretty hilarious coming from you.

I seem to remember somebody crying all year about how “Joel will never win an MVP because everybody hates the 6ers”.

Or something along those lines.

Fair. But I think about it this way. Things have gotten so bad that having him stay away is the best thing for the team. When you think like that it’s a no brainer. You always do what’s best for the team. And fuck…ain’t my money.
