Need to stop teams like the spurs who don’t deserve these guys from getting them
Playing for it, putting money on the table for current players and the top picks for teams is a good move Imo
Plus you can limit teams sitting guys by making them ineligible for the tourney if they don’t play enough games
The problem isn't the Spurs so much as the repeated tankers over periods of time. You're way too salty about the Spurs.
However, allowing teams to pick and choose which firsts they target is basically supporting tanking, which the NBA is trying to prevent.
