I would have liked for him to get through waivers. Good luck to him!
Maybe Colts cut him and that would make him more likely to get through waivers and on to our PS?
While with us he turned down 53 man roster offers to stay with us!

If he couldn’t make the team with the ragtag group of WR’s we had, how good is as he really?

NBC Sports Boston on Sports Sunday stated the Devin McCourty has decided to play for one more year and will sign with the Patriots.

No other details were given.

I just wonder if signing Slater and McCourty, no matter how cheap, is the best way for the team to move forward. Slater was really off his game the at the end of 2022 and McCourty isn't the same guy he was three years ago. The team needs leadership but One has to wonder if the Patriots will move forward with guys that have been around since the newer additions were in pre=school or grammar school when these guys came into the league.

I think neither one would be a huge loss IMO. Duggar has shown he is solid at safety, STs players no matter how great are fairly easy to replace. Keeping DMAC one more year and signing s solid rookie makes sense to me.

Is it my imagination but are these mocks trying to be original - not accurate?
IMO, every mocker has to do something different, regardless of stupidity. iF McShay says that the Jets will take Broderick, then Kiper will say that they'll take Paris Johnson so Walter will say that they take Soronski. They all have the same four teams taking a QB but change who gets who.

Okay, so....

No I did not say "Oh, Queso!"...

Taylor Lewan was just released.

Would you?
He's pretty good when not injured. Former 1st round pick and 3 time pro bowler. He's not THE answer, but he's AN answer.
Right price I would sign him with heavy incentives.

Agreed. Sign him with incentives and if he stays healthy it's a fantastic investment. If he gets hurt again then no biggie. The Pats know the Titans fairly well so perhaps there's some carry over also.
