Reid used to call his own plays for the majority of his tenured career. Make no mistake, just because Bieniemy is calling the shots doesn't mean Reid doesn't have a huge influence on the schemes.

A defensive minded HC that inherited Ben for 15 years of his 16-year HC tenure... His first OC was an in-house hire in Bruce Arians. Do you really think he ever needed to be involved in the offense?
