I have an issue with cut blocks that come from the side or the back (which are illegal), but the two guys squared each other up and one went lower than the other. How is this different than a guy making a tackle below the knees?

Thought those blocks going to legs/knees were a penalty... did not see a penalty on the video I saw.

OK here is video, and I was thinking of chop block which it is not as there is not a 2nd offensive player he was engaged with.

Packers vs Chiefs kick off the last set of preseason games....almost no starters from either team will take the field.

I lied, it looks like the Chiefs are playing some of their starters early...not the stars, just guys that probably need to work to get up to speed.

Yeah, it's pretty apparent Henne is gonna be close to an auto loss if he had to actually start a game. Heck, he almost blew the playoff game against the Browns. Buechele at least looks interesting.
