I am hoping the BPA is OL or defense at 24. And I am absolutely fine with trading out of 24.

supposedly Wilson is going to draw interest in the market and Dallas can not get in a bidding war.

I fully expect the Jones circus act will let Wilson walk and draft the Arkansas wide at 24. Burks is a great prospect but in the end, I fear it will be Cooper for Burks.

Lol, i hope not, but it would be something Jerry would want to do.. i sure as hell would not do that. What they need to do is replenish the OL and try to get the running game going. A top guard would help the offense more than any receiver.

Let's see the exact details but seems like a great signing to me. Signed for about what Patrick got but more years and he is a much better player than Patrick. Obviously this will be structured with a low year 1 cap hit. I know there were injury issues, but Gallup is a good #2 WR at worst. I'd still like to see us bring back Wilson as well. I think Lamb, Gallup and Wilson is more than solid.

My initial reaction was to bash the trade,but after thinking about it overnight i like it. He is younger than Coop. Dak and Gallup are used to each other. Obviously depth now becomes an issue with Wilson gone. I was also tired of the monontonous use of 3wr sets. They need to use pollard more as a reciever IMO.

I'd like to throw Tank a party for saving us so much cap space. Guy seriously just got us enough whatever we were apart from the Gregory deal, we can keep LC (even though it seems we don't want him), our safeties and still possible we get Wagner. Hot damn.

Holy crap.$13M per year? Awesome deal for the Cowboys. Unfortunately the $8M per year the next two years from the old deal makes his cap hit much more than that, but I'm still very happy

BUT...

If the Cowboys signed Wagner and drafted a big run stuffer, teams wouldn't be running the ball down our throat anymore. Put teams in 3rd and 7 instead of 3rd and 3 and watch our pass rushers wreck QB's

Nice. I was hoping Gregory would give the team a discounted two year deal. He gave them a discounted 5 year deal.

Now lets hope he really managed to fend off his demons and stays on the field.
