No reason for that. If you're going to pay him, either play him or buy him out.But i could see indiana john wall-ing him if they trade for him.

Yeah but it all depends on who they trade Russ for...as a free agent next season, not this year. Lebron seemed pretty adamant about Kyrie.
Unless, he played for the Heat and they wanted to John Wall him.He doesn't but my point is this new trend that started years ago of sending players under contract home for the entire season is lame and is no different than players demanding trades with several years left on their contract. Both are wack and should be addressed in the next CBA

But, you were all for trading for that guy that demanded a trade and had multiple years left on his deal?He doesn't but my point is this new trend that started years ago of sending players under contract home for the entire season is lame and is no different than players demanding trades with several years left on their contract. I don't think Pat Riley would ever John Wall anybody. That is just so NOT-Pat Riley at this point. Nope, Pat Riley would only take on Westbrook if he was convinced that Westbrook was teachable enough to go back to basics and get his shot(s) back, dunks, lay-ups, and play defense. Otherwise Riles would not be interested.

Exactly he just try to make stuff up lol. Heat never did that to a single player yet so why would they start now? They may not play a guy but they're not going to send anyone home
I honestly don't have a problem with either. Teams can trade a player with several years left on their contract, why shouldn't a player be allowed to do the same? As for John Wall-ing someone. I'm not really a fan of it. But it's better than disrupting the team.
I think eveyone has a limit, ie disruptive, but they wouldn’t John wall a contract
Yeah, it's not a big deal.I don’t have an issue with the John wall thing
Does it serve John wall to travel and do all the road tripping to rot on the bench in warm up sweats??
Or let him stay home, get paid, and not get hurt so he might get picked up by a contender to be their backup
That's a mouthful.....This John Walling stuff is a new phenomenon in the modern day NBA and perhaps the big, long contracts that GM's are more frequently dolling-out these days is at least a partial contributor to the existence of the phenomenon and players being paid to sit at home.
With RW's ego? They're grown man. All of the issues seem to be on the basketball court....nothing that can't be settled with a talk
