If the Lakers improve the roster I'll be disappointed.
They already have IMO, just not drastically yet.

Yep, it would have to be a sign-and-trade and the teams that are seem interested don't have the assets. All the teams that HAD cap space and were interested already made previous moves. Klutch has no leverageWho can sign him to an offer sheet? Nobody has the cap space that would be interested.

No, they would be getting a pick in return and getting rid of McDermott or Richardson is my guess.Wait.
So in this universe the Spurs are absorbing contract and giving up extremely valuable picks to do so?
They're looping a 3rd team that is taking on Russ's contract and giving up 2 firsts for the privilege

I would think the Spurs get to a keep a pick unless they just want to unload a bad contract. No, looks like the 2 firsts would go to the Spurs. So it would be Russ to the Spurs with 2 firsts, Kyrie to the Lakers and assets from the Spurs to the Nets but doesn't say what those assets would be. I'd expect there would be other assets involved as well.

Ohh yeah, that was definitely a jokeEither way, it makes a lot more sense than the Spurs giving up 2 firsts to take Westbrook. lol
The draft capital is a fine point. Ingram is no better than a second fiddle. He’s a right now player that right now isn’t good enough to lead a team that can compete. He’s a top 30-50 player. I think your tax point is moot. It looks like the way to get out of the tax won’t be seen in a KD move but in cutting Westbrook in a Kyrie deal. That’s there for them if there priority is getting out of the tax.Ingram is properly valued. Plus, the Pels have the draft capital to beat most other teams in a shorter time period.
How much more growth do you project in Ingram?I think if I had to bet on Maxey or Ingram ever bein all NBA my money would go on Ingram.
Gotta be the Lakers. The Spurs are giving up 2 firsts for Russ?
Yeah, love Maxey.I think if I had to bet on Maxey or Ingram ever bein all NBA my money would go on Ingram.
