I have always felt if Michael Young played for the Yankees and Jeter for the Rangers there would not be as big a deal about Jeter as now.
jeter was better

Yankee horn always toots louder. lolI have always felt if Michael Young played for the Yankees and Jeter for the Rangers there would not be as big a deal about Jeter as now.
Unfortunately I tend to agree and as said don’t bring them up unless you plan on playing them.gut tells me at least 2 of those will still be here.
i did give that option but i've been informed that no one should be brought up unless they get 75% of the time playing so that won't work even if we dump Calhoun, Miller and Culberson so might as well leave him, Huff etc in the minors.Duran needs to come up. We know he has hit ML pitching. Now we need to see what Woody intends to do with him on defense. He will play some where but it is getting crowded. I would not be surprised if Garcia is not gone before end of year.
Duran LF
Leody CF
Hernandez RF
Speed in the OF.
if they want to see how our prospects perform at MLB level those 3 must go, if they are only concerned with some minor chance at playoffs then they'll keep themgut tells me at least 2 of those will still be here.
so screw them because they aren't going to get 75% of the bats. who else you going to cut or put on the bench? Smith, Hernandez, Taveras, Seager, Semien, Garcia, Heim etc. they get up to the MLB level we split the time so that everyone gets 40-50% of playing timeSo ensure that several players don't get the ABs they need.... Good call. Don't call up anyone unless you plan on playing them at least 75% of the time, that's the issue now...
He averaged 9 more hits a year than MY. Their power numbers and BA very similar. Defensively, MY was a very good 2nd baseman. He digressed as they moved him around. Jeter was able to play SS his entire career. Much more would be said about MY if he was a Yankee and not a Ranger. Never said Jeter wasn't any good but you put on pinstripes and have the East Coast bias you become larger than life.6th all time in hits is pretty good
In what way? They both were very similar.jeter was better
And DJ Peters has been waived by the same team.Zach Reks To Sign With KBO's Lotte Giants
Former Rangers and Dodgers outfielder Zach Reks is signing with the Korea Baseball Organization's Lotte Giants. Read more at MLB Trade Rumors.www.mlbtraderumors.com
Yes. I have said the exact same thing. Young would be in the HOF, not because he deserves it, but because he is good enough that playing in NY would put him over the edge in people's minds.I have always felt if Michael Young played for the Yankees and Jeter for the Rangers there would not be as big a deal about Jeter as now.
You were right. Miami is on the east coast.oops
All the better.Woody might have a fit if we dump vets

then why? if it were me and i either keep them or i give my kids a deserved spot in front of the MLB fans i go with the kidsthe FO isn't keeping Calhoun/Miller/Culberson because they think that's the best chance at the postseason.
couldn't recognize Jose without the beard
