I leave it to you guys. I have really no clue about most of the players in this draft. Just not really excited this year. I guess I am just jerryed out.

Yup. I think part of what has soured a lot of Cowboys fans a little more lately is some had this vision of Stephen being a better alternative to Jerry and they are finally realizing that it's just not true...

How bout Leo Chenal in the 3rd should Jerry do what I think he'll do in rounds 1 & 2. Could Chenal still be there?

don't know. you can never tell with Jerry. at this point i am thinking offense in the first with Kenyon Green G/T and Sam Williams Edge in the 2nd. i also think if Trey McBride is there in the late second i might consider trading a 2023 second and 4th to go after him. then in the 3rd i might go back to the OL with Nicholas Petit-Frere OT as Smith's replacement

Chenal not getting a ton of love by some of the draft gurus. He could be there.

you are probably right no matter what the needs and how the BPA align JJ will go off the wall and pick someone that no one expects to show everyone "his Brillance and football smarts"

Penning is interesting. Is he really a 1st round caliber tackle though? I dont see it. Now if he moved to guard and had the right coach to improve technique? I like the nastiness and potential.

It would be tempting to draft that big DT from UConn at 24 or trade up for him in 2nd. He would help stop the run. I see Zion Johnson also mocked to us. I like him,but that big DT from Uconn tossed him aside in Senior bowl practices.
