Until Comcast gets out of being the "owner", this crazy-ass thinking and subsequent insanity in the personnel department will only continue and the layers of bullshit that Hextall inherently brought and applied are going to be peeled away like the proverbial onion. So we are back to the 3-5 year house cleaning and re-structuring time-table. That time investment maybe extended or reduced depending on if the peeps in charge understand the shit they are doing and stop it. WTFC has no clue, so expect an extension in the clean-up effort in aisle 7 to be extended.

The main reason a guy like WTFC exists and weasels his way into his present position is the industry of Pro Sports is considered as a function of the Entertainment Industry by Comcast.
