Not my point, but sure. Just saying Russ and a 1st was a final offer if it wasn't a rental. Mavs offered more and were ok with the risk. The Lakers situation was arguably safer in terms of a negative Kyrie reaction or fit and they were still risk averse.

Looks that way.

They sent him to the team that already has a ball dominant guard. Just about any other team is a better fit, imo.

I just saw an article where the Nets ownership did not want to send him to LA. Tsai did not want to give Kyrie what Kyrie wanted.
It's petty but well earned
