I said veteran Kyrie, but hey it only takes one idiot to think that guy still exists.
The talent is too good...someone will take a chance. Kind of like Antonio Brown in the NFL.

Is there any doubt that is exactly how it will end too?
Not really, it likely will. But he's got plenty of game left and someone will try to get the benefit. Like I said I think the Nets will try to keep him for just this year.

Oh I have no doubt they want him to play out the year. I don’t see any way that happens though. If he was confident he could get a big contract after the season ended he wouldn’t be doing this I don’t think.

We'll see, we thought KD was leaving too.

My point is we all know Kyrie is this mess but he's still really good and can win you a title on the right team. He will be coveted for the next few years.

Good point, I retract my comment.

Looks like Pelinka will have his work cut out for him and hope for a miracle

They've been recently speaking with the Jazz and the Hornets are looking at a Russ trade too. Pretty simple to divert most of the pieces from the Jazz or Hornets to the Nets instead of LA.

Quitting is still quitting and it has nothing to do with an All Star bid. James Harden is an All Star. Period. There’s no debate. Dude got screwed.

Got screwed by the coaches, who select the backups. There's something that made them vote that way, right or wrong.

Yes, the same thing that got him picked last on the playground last year

Shit, yes. And his $31m contract for next season too

:tsk:
Gordon should be a non-starter for the Lakers. It seems the Hornets are actively interested, but most of the guys the Lakers would have interest in other than Rozier are expiring (Oubre, Washington, Plumlee). No real reason for the Hornets to dump them, unless they feel they won't re-sign.
