I mean he isn’t lying. GS sets illegal screens a ton so it makes the best shooter in the world have more open looks and other shooters with open looks. I watched the Cavs play them every year and it was nonstop illegal screens. Still shocked how they were able to comeback and beat that team. Kerr built a great system and they get away with it…so props to him

Honestly though?

90s might actually be the worst era.

Scoring way down, non basketball plays up, and only 4 unique champions with 2 of those coming at the start and end of the decade.
My scoring was way up

I am curious if Denver actually buys to solve some of their key needs (backup c and pg mostly, wing depth would be nice) or if they half ass this and just worry about ducking the tax line

Yeah, it's relative.

Imo, the 80's had the best mix of offenses that could score and physical defense.

The 90's got too physical almost to the point that it was unrecognizable as basketball. But I still really enjoyed those uber physical games, Some of those playoff series were crazy, but still a lot of fun.

I enjoy the skill in today's game, but I think the rules favor the offense too much. I wouldn't want to see 90's type defense again or even 80's. But I'd like to see some physicality back in the game.

Which recent Lakers game was it that we were all talking about Westbrook maybe being fouled at the end, but it wasn't called?

I thought that game had about the right amount of physical play.
