Seemed to be implied. I know some of you think he's bad for the league, maybe not you then.

I think he might be too pro player. But it doesn't seem to have been detrimental to the league yet.

Stern was trying to build the league into what it has become, so he had to be a hardass.

Silver has been able to make the league more "player friendly". Which is good.

He just has to make sure that he isn't so player friendly that he appears to not be in control.

How he handles things like this will go a long way toward determining that.
