Not really. If (if) they play right, it shouldn't matter. They haven't played right in a week, so???

Yeah, they've been fine offensively, but prior to the 4th quarter vs. the Suns, the defense has been terrible over the last 3 games.

Hopefully, they will come out and look to end it early so they can sit Lebron and AD for most, if not all of the 4th quarter.

But, they'll likely play with their food and end up having to play them each 38+ minutes.

With so many teams going with bench games today, gotta go with Lakers and Celtics vs the Masters on Easter.

I'm not looking closely but it seems every team in the East games is resting starters, right? No seeding changes are possible?

That’s what the Clippers did for the 1st 3 quarters until RoCo said ENOUGH.

Klaw was able to sit the whole 4th.

Seriously, even with the play in teams, I wouldn’t confidently take them over anyone but the Lakers.

So, no point in risking falling into the play in.

Clippers have the tie breaker over the Dubs and Lakers, not NOLA.

Clippers lose, NOLA AND Dubs win, we finish 7.

You're overworrying here. You're right in that they have no shot against Phx without George. But they could hang around with Sac or Mem without George, especially Mem considering how undisciplined they are. And you can beat any team in the Play In, especially the Lakers which you own. They can't win without George regardless, you're right on that, but there's more potential avenues of success by not being the 5 seed for the Clippers. Plus, say on the off chance you do lose both play in games. Who cares? That means you weren't good enough anyway regardless of who you faced

Better late than never to boost depth, but I don't get what took them so long to add Thompson. They needed depth with Bamba out, worked Thompson out, then just sat around for 2 to 3 weeks before finally signing him.
