Thing is, it IS a regular season award, so you're disagreeing with facts. They have something called Finals MVP for the postseason MVP.

Understood. Again though I think we are being extremely disingenuous if we are saying no one takes any portion of historical performance into consideration.

In terms of the playoffs...yes that is very much contained within the performance of that playoff.

And so as I said...for a guy to win 3 consecutive MVP's (most VALUABLE player) that VALUE should show up a lot more in wins and losses.

I'm fine with last year considering all Jokic lost. This year is a stretch. Big time stretch.

Would think so, but Charlotte did just sweep a btb with the Mavs. Maybe the news that Jordan is selling has them amped up?
They wrapped up the 4th worst record and are actually trying. Something the bottom three should be doing but only Orlando is doing that.

Gotta keep that all-important 2nd round seeding though....:noidea:

And as I said I disagree.
This isn’t worth the argument.

@shopson67 can say what he wants.

But, voters have their own criteria and don’t give a shit what he, nor I, think should happen.

With that being said, I am with you on this.

When it’s this close, use whatever you want to break the tie.

Larry Sanders.

But, he took a buyout.

This bum is collecting every dime.

The Nets were stupid to trade for him in the first place.

BS is mentally fragile and really has no business in the league.

You mean the three point shot has changed the game. Any team on any night can go ice cold and lose to anyone. Conversely, any team can get lights out and be near unstoppable.
Is that really it though, teams taking turns shooting lights out? Seems like nobody really has a dominating team like when superteams ruled the league.

Like I said

I'm just not giving a dude with minimal playoff success 3 straight MVPs

Don't give a fuck it's a regular season reward.
