Who said anything about them needing a new coach? Point is he's done a poor job this season.

Switching a guard consistently on any big that can score is a losing formula.

Having Jimmy rest the first 7 minutes of a 4th vs Chicago then the first 8+ minutes of the 4th vs Toronto when both games were in the air is poor coaching.

With the way the schedule was the first 10, poor coaching is the last thing they needed

His switching scheme disgust me. His failure to understand certain teams you cant use this against doesn't make sense to me. You can't switch as frequently against talented bigs who will make you pay
