Kyrie posted the first tweet after people started chirping at him for promoting debunked lies and antisemitism.

He posted the 2nd one the day after the owner’s tweet.
Just a shame that things are how they are, he won’t be punished at all.

I think Jaylen has more of an issue with the mandate. Which given what we now know isn't a crazy stance necessarily.

He publicly leaned that he was more against the mandate, but I think on the NBA reddit folks did some digging and a lot of his social media likes and follows were bullshit anti-vax stuff.

Is there something specific he said that was anti Semitic?

I'm no Kyrie fan but digging into the history there doesn't necessarily make one an anti semite.

The author of said book is bordering on such however.

Released with 4 mil this year, and the next, already guaranteed.

He had to do some truly unsavory shit.

Not necessarily.

He may have told the Spurs he needs to step away from basketball to get right.

No.

He wasn’t

He was an issue with the media created lies before that

He could have just had a back injury all year

Sure.

Just saying we can’t assume he did something bad. He may have.

But could also be more along the Ben Simmons path.

He might have simply told the Spurs he isn’t interested in playing basketball.

Not necessarily.

He may have told the Spurs he needs to step away from basketball to get right.
Absolutely.

So, why would they give up his rights if that is the case?

They are already paying him for both years.

What difference would it make to keep him on the roster, unless he was preventing them from getting another player?

Actually, that doesn't hold up either because there is a physically unable to perform list.

Yet, they chose to sever ties.

Player option?
Was my first thought as well.

In the first hour of free agency, the LA Clippers made what was their most expected move, bringing back forward Nicolas Batum on a two-year contract. Per a source, it’s a fully guaranteed contract worth $22 million with no options.

He could just retire. And play overseas

Whoever made the schedule is weird. Can someone explain why the Wolves and Spurs played 3x in a week?
