Or did it say "Hey, bring me my gun I need to shoot some fool"?

If a friend asks me to bring him his gun without telling me why and then commits a crime with it, I shouldn't be held accountable in any way.

If they tell me they're going to commit a crime and I bring it, now I'm an accessory.

I mean....he brings him a gun to a club. It's not like hey can I borrow your gun for target practice to see if I want to buy one.

TF12 is right. It’s not illegal. That’s why he keeps harping on that point. He evades discussion about this being evidence of shitty decision making and continues to bring it back to a purely legal vs illegal analysis. He and I did this two or three weeks ago.

I will say the victim wasn't totally innocent in this case. She allowed her bf to drive her car and then wait on Davis and Miles.

One would think she should've talked him out of that or leave the scene

And? None of that matters and emotion doesn't matter.

The only thing that matters is whether or not he knew or had some way of knowing, that a crime was going to be committed.

And as stated guys get suspended all the time for poor judgement or violation of team rules. I haven’t seen anyone say he should be in jail.
