Cavs killing the Pacers but weird stat. TJ Mcconnell got 9 steals in the 1st half, a NBA record in one half

Incredible performance by McConnell. 16 points, 4 rebounds, 13 assists, 10 steals, 1 block, and only 2 turnovers. Only the sixth time in NBA history that a player had a triple double with steals. And only the sixth time a player had a triple double being perfect from the field. McConnell shot 8/8 on FG's. He was the anti-Westbrook with that hyper efficiency.

This game worries me, Ws tied with Portland and Lillard playing like ass. If he just has a legit 4th quarter we got a problem.

Blazers have had at least 2 stretches where they didn't score a FG for 3 minutes, and yet the game is close. Once again, the Warriors are showing that their defense is quite good, but the offense just isn't capitalizing.

Damn. Was hoping the Kings were gonna Kang that game away to the Lakers sans Lebron & AD. Would have been such a Sacramento thing to do too

Your instincts were correct, Lillard stole it late.

Woke up this morning with a strong feeling that the Thunder are going to get lucky with the ping pong balls and get Cunningham. He and SGA would be so good together.

And there was probably 4 or 5 blatant fouls against Embiid that were not called.

Here's a suggestion, Donovan. How bout you don't get double T'd up in a tight game?

Glad someone spoke up, I don’t think it has to do with Utah being a small market team but the refs are getting worse every game. Everytime I am watching a game there is at least a couple calls where I am like wtf that is an awful call, not a call that is a judgment call—a terrible, blown call. Why are these refs so awful? It’s get hard to watch games bc they blow a whistle every 30 seconds but it’s not just that, they continue to make atrocious call and make them when the game is on the line. Refs are taking over this league, it’s getting sickening. I’m not saying it is an easy gig but some of these calls should be easy for any ref let alone veteran refs. Very, very wildly inconsistent and it isn’t getting better anytime soon.

The refs have been been terrible for several years. And I'm not even talking about the Celtics. I'm talking about all games. This wasn't always a problem. Not sure what can be done.

Short of every single play getting reviewed, Nothing.

NBA basketball is insanely difficult to officiate.

A lot easier when you have the slow-mo reply from the perfect angle.
