Buyout towards the deadline more likely. There's no way a trade happens between the two teams because Rubio makes too much.

Unless we acquire another PG I don't see a buyout happening. Doesn't he make around $17 mil? Doesn't seem like too much in today's NBA.

The thing about Rubio is he might not even be a Cavs buy-out. He's a 17.8M expiring contract. Teams may want him just for some financial flexibility and then buy him out. But if the Cavs can't find a buyer and the Cavs are potentially not competitive then he becomes a huge buy-out potential guy.

I would’ve rather had Bosh.

Melo is soft and kinda lazy.

But he would’ve been better to trade for AI than Chaunc and McDiggittyDyess.

I don’t think Melo would’ve fit well. He would’ve stole minutes from Tay and played awful defense while doing it.

They won by being unselfish and playing exceptional defense. Neither are part of of Anthony’s games.

DWade as a sixth man would have been sick.

I think he would have scored enough that Dumars may not have pursued Rasheed which led to the title. Having Dark not work out led to the Pistons get a ring. They likely don't get it if the draft Memo.
