NBA Draft Lottery is Tuesday at 8pmEST on ESPN and the Draft itself is June 22nd. We can use this thread to talk lottery, prospects, and the actual draft so it'll be easier to find instead of cluttering other threads.

I never thought I’d say this but I actually miss the lottery.

For a random dart throw, I'll say Indiana wins the lottery. With the percentages evened out a couple of years ago, it seems like a team in that 5 to 8 range always has a good chance to move up so I'll say its them. Portland is a good bet too if you wanna wager. I actually want Charlotte to win though. That's a franchise that desperately just needs something to go their way. They haven't had shit since the franchise came into existence as the Bobcats. It's time for their luck to turn around and Victor Wembanyama will finally give that team something to root for. Unfortunately, they're kinda in the death slot at #4. If a team moves up, they will most certainly be dropping down. Odds aren't in their favor to have Charlotte and a team below them both jump into the Top 3

Admittedly I have to say I miss the excitement of the lottery too, especially if it's a loaded draft.

Fortunately since all the pick trades, us Lakers fans don't have to worry about that until 2067 at the earliest...

Or, 2023, 2024 or 2025 (Pels pick one), 2026, 2027(top 4 protected), and all other future 1sts if you want to get technical. Might only miss one 1st as things stand today, but most likely two.

Charlotte possibly getting a new owner means their chances of winning increases

I’m rooting for port or char to win the lottery as they need it the most

The spurs need it the absolute least and ideally pick like 5th lol

Yes, a pick swap this year (which won't happen) and they can defer the 2024 pick to 2025 if they want. That completes the AD deal finally, lol.

Well worth IMO. They don't win a championship with the guys they traded for him. Lonzo is out for forever and Ingram, while impressive wouldn't be a difference maker.

Off the top my head, I can't think of one, but has any team outside of the top 10 ever jumped into the Top 3 in the history of the lottery? Statistically speaking, you'd think it would have to happen eventually.
