So, does Minny trading for Bev more or less guarantee he's cashed?

This is precisely why it is so hard to win in a market like Minnesota.

They are forced to make win now moves with a roster that frankly isn’t close so that they might be able to keep KAT in a couple years.

So…

They trade a talented prospect for a mediocre veteran that might bring them a couple extra wins today.

They would be a lot better off trading KAT for Wiseman and Kuminga + salary.

I don’t get why Atlanta is so bent on dealing him.

I think he does a lot of things that they need when he is playing well, and his value probably isn’t super high because of the inconsistency.

This is why I mentioned Josh Hart...but no thanks on that deal.

The Cavs spoke with the New Orleans Pelicans about the possibility of a Josh Hart sign-and-trade, sources tell cleveland.com, but that possibility apparently vanished Monday, when Hart moved closer to a three-year, $38 million deal to stay in New Orleans.
