Who is being punished? @tlance was correct. This is the closest the Suns have come to facing a team at full strength. Every other series, the opponent has been without at least 1 of their 2 best players.

DiVincenzo is good, but it's not like he's Giannis, Holiday or Middleton.

The Bucks have been battle tested throughout this playoff run and it's showing. It will be interesting to see how the Sun's respond to being punched in the throat because they haven't had to deal with that until now

Problem with him is he want people to not bring up that there was a top 2 player on the Lakers, Nuggets, and Clippers injured which likely changed how those series played out

Yeah, and I get that. He thinks folks will try to diminish the title for whoever wins it.

Every season has a "story" about how it played out. This season, things like injuries to stars, the short off-season, 72 game reg. season, truncated playoffs, etc. are just part of the story of the season.

Part of the story for the Suns is that when the Lakers had a healthy AD and a gimpy Lebron, they were up 2-1 and looked to have taken control of the series. It took them 6 games and a miracle finish to get past the Clippers who were without Kawhi.

Doesn't take away from what they've accomplished or may yet accomplish...but it is p[art of the "story". Same for the Bucks. I think most understand that if the Nets were healthy, the Bucks aren't in the finals.
