To make us fans happy? Yes. To win? No. A Cammy type player can make this team win just as easy with all the little things he contributes. He had speed, power, defense, leadership, and probably other things we don't even know about. Baseball is so weird that even if JRod was Griffey he wouldn't be as big of a difference than a Cammy type player. Look at the two MVP's this year. How did their teams do? Yes better is better, but not sure elite is that much greater than A.S. level anymore.

mariners...could win..this year...with a couple..more pitchers..like an ace...
and a few..guys who could hit.....moore..just..was not that good and murphy came around a bit at the end..those 2 alone..had 609..
