I know you didn't write this, but damn. I'd be shocked if Pittman fell into the 3rd round. He is in no way a middle round receiver.

Duvernay has some polishing to do, so I can't say he's a slam dunk. But the skills are there, and 4th round is likely the price to pay.

yeah you will find some warts on a 4th rd. pick. But all teachable (it seems) I can see the 1st 3 rounds being defense

I hope so....most likely means we miss out on TCU's Jalen Reagor but I could settle on SMU's James Proche on the 3rd day

I don't think there is any way he makes it to us in the 3rd, I'd be ecstatic in the third. 320 pound tough guy

Fanspeak site allows you to do mocks based on big boards by various publications. I have done several for fun. What strikes me is the number of good DB's that are still on the board in the 5th round. This draft is so deep in DB's, I think we don't have to reach unless it's the guy we want

There are a couple of other ways I thought the OL. There are some outstanding tackles and good guards. Could take a strong tackle and kick them inside and maybe let McGowern or CWilliams concentrate on C

This is one of the better draft classes for QBs in a long time. If 3 are taken before pick 17 then a difference maker likely falls to 17. A real good defender will likely be sitting there at 17

I think we will go corner in round 1. CJ Henderson would be fantastic, but he will never make it to us. Still, CB's like Diggs, Terrell or Gladney would probably start here day 1.

there is about 20 guys that seem to be going in the top ten. They all cant go before us. Some of these guys are gonna fall to us.

You're right about that. It's just hard for me to imagine that Henderson will make it to us with Atlanta right in front of us. But we are picking 17 and when I go through the draft I can find 20 guys I would be happy to have in the first round, so we will have a chance to grab a solid guy or even trade back a few spots depending on how it falls. I do think this draft sets up pretty well for Dallas at DB, WR, DT and OL. I think the pass rushers have a lot of question marks

Why trade back, if guy you want is there? If you trade back a few spots, someone can jump you and get your guy. Stay put.
