Klis posting Elway could be trying to gain another pick between 15 and 46

How could he do that ?

Chicago and Mia have multiple 2nd rounders
SF at 31

Player or trade down ?

If we trade down that means they like a player or WR later in the Draft kind of like last year.

I don't see an ILB unless it is day 3.. Davis could only be here another year, although I feel like he will be around if we want him.. Alexander Johnson has turned into a very good ILB and we have depth there with Jewell who has starting experience. Only way we go ILB before Round 4 is if it is BPA, IMO.

Personally, I would look late in the draft for an ILB like Jacob Phillips who can help us out on special teams and has some upside if we go ILB at all.

I try not to listen to rumors... So much speculation. He said, she said...

I saw an article today where two teams apparently flunked Tua due to injuries... Gotta be two teams that are trying to draft im early, IMO... Trying to provide a lil smoke out there.

He is a very tough evaluation. That big suspension for cheating is going to make figuring out where he will go about impossible.

Agree- Love what I saw out of Willie Gay on the field in 2018. Red flags though. Not expecting us to go LB first two days surely doesn’t mean there aren’t some I would be happy with from a “play” standpoint.

Last 3rd round pick ?

Wasn’t Kelce and Hill both suspended in college ? What was his suspension for?

Late day 2 boom or bust.

I personally would love to see them use a 3rd round pick on the position. A guy like Willie Gay possibly, Troy Dye, or Akeem Davis-Gaither all make a lot of sense for the Broncos to develop for a year then replace Davis next season.

Could happen. I aint buying it though...

Got into a bit of a twitter argument with Cecil Lamney yesterday about the LB spot. He doesn't think the Shurmur offense uses the #2 WR a whole lot so no reason to waste a 1st round pick on the position and would rather see them go draft a LB in the 1st.

That is the end of the conversation. I think if you click on it then it should open up to most of the conversation. It kind of spiderwebbed into about 3 different different conversations with Cecil using terrible numbers to try and prove his point.

Cecil is good at what he does but there are times he gets way too attached to a player or coach and will do anything to defend that coach over whoever was brought in. He was really good friends with Scangarello and is ticked that Shurmur is here at the expense of his friend. So of course draft wise he doesn't want to help Shurmur be able to look better.

John Harbaugh has said offensive football schemes has not really changed in 20 years. That is why he wanted to go a different route with Lamar even though he doesn't know how long Lamar could last running the ball. Point is the success is about the jimmy and the joes not the Xs and )Os. Give me players.

Makes sense. And agree give me players to make it work. Mahomes is a great QB but that offense is enhanced by having weapons.

Doesn't mean the Broncos have to use a 1st round pick on a WR but using false information to try and paint this narrative that the #2 WR doesn't do much in the offense is just not the way to go to try and get that across.

How about this

Trade out of the 1st with Indy who has #34 and #44. (straight up value for value) .Then trade back up into the end of the 1st round if you want or use your 3rd to trade back up in the 2nd with 4 2nd round picks.
