The optimist is coming back to me....Morin continues to improve hits everything in sight and solidifies the 3rd pairing. Fletcher makes a good move and upgrades Braun on the 1st pairing. Flyers start rolling.......just woke up.

So it looks like AV basically gave the answer to all our questions in his press conference today. The Flyers feel that Hart, Lindblom, and Patrick all need a little bit of a reset. With 3 goalies on the roster, they needed an extra guy to go down to the taxi squad. They felt Ghost made the most sense because they didn’t think he’d get claimed on waivers. Gus they thought would because he’s UFA at the end of the year. Obviously Lindblom, Patrick, or Hart would.

So Ghost got waived essentially to give Lindblom and Patrick a break. And Gus is in tonight because Ghost has to be on the taxi squad for them to make the roster work.

Gives Lindblom and Patrick 3 days off, today, tomorrow, and Friday.

Exactly, Gus is an abomination, I mean all 3 are so so players at this point, Morin gives you physicality and Ghost can give you Offense, Gus mainly gives me a headache!

I think it's going to be a similar game like the other night. We will win but I think we will be chasing the game again. Nothing has changed with this team as far as playing a full 60 minutes. And they will continue to do this especially because it's the Sabres tonight.
