I think it's more entertaining when the US puts out their B or C team and the outcome is in doubt. Watching Greece beat a team with LeBron James and Wade and Paul was one of the most entertaining things I have seen.

Granted, this US team didn't win (and I thought Spain could have beat them too), but that wasn't a certainty. They could have easily have won.

Again, that is nowhere near correct. In fact, outside of maybe the UK, the tax rates of the other countries i've lived in is considerably better than the US.

Your same source also says in the USA you pay 37%

Do you pay that much?
