It was jokingly of course, but yes I have been. Wife works nights, so I have to wait to catch up on our weekly shows instead of watching them at the same time everyone else does, so, its Netflix and chill...by myself...lol.

Is it on Netflix, prime or Hulu?

PS @averagejoe ..the Rookies a better topic than hockey :suds:

Think it has at least a little to do with these mocks not having an actual team to run attached to the picks. They're aren't taking into account what the team at 1.1 needs, let alone 1.5, 1.7..etc.
Now in this particular case, the 2QB league (let's call a super flex what it truly, is cuz whenever possible, the super flex is going to be a QB), yeah, the team with the worst record, most likely needs a strong QB2, but in regular standard and ppr leagues, if your team sucked enough to garner a top 5 pick, what are the odds that it was because you didn't have enough options at WR? Most likely you were running out a gaggle of crap RB's, some of whom probably won't have a role next season (Clement, Adams, Gus, CJ,.. you get the point).
So yeah, in a vacuum, a WR that looks to assume a starting role, and has possibly twice the longevity of a RB provably does value out as being more worthy of a top pick, but that doesn't mean there's a snowballs chance in hell it'll play out at all like that.

Agreed.

If drafting today the WR picks are probably safer.

After the NFL draft that won't be the case. We should have a better idea of which RBs have a chance to stand out in year 1.

Funny looking through a large number of mocks and other than the top DEF players, there only seems to be high consensus that ARI takes Murray. .... other than that, crap-shoot.

yeah theres a few guys pegged. but for the most part it seems to be positional, even in the top 10. Just depends who likes who. Plus the montez sweat thing. Varying opinions that its no big deal, that hes slipping, or removed from teams boards. THe last guy with minor heart issues dropped BIG time. Sweat is top 10 talent

everything is going to get thrown out the window once a couple teams trade around to get the QBs or the last top pass rushing prospect in the 1st round.

No one ever thinks it is worth it, but with today's rookie wage scale, I expect 3-4 QBs in the 1st round most seasons from here on out.

Teams will continue to move up to try to find that guy that plays for 10+ seasons at a high level, and being able to cut bait on QBs that don't work out doesn't cripple your franchise like it used to, just draft another one and try again.

Sure doesn't help coaches/GMs stick around though.

I think John Elway and the 20-28 (11-21 minus the '16 season) Broncos since the drafting of Paxton Lynch might argue the point about crippling your franchise. And he's about the last big 1st round swing and complete utter miss that's been made, at least, I can't think of one more recent off the top of my head.

their fault for not cutting bait on Lynch faster!

guy gets beaten out by Osweiler, then you try to make him your starter after someone graciously outbid you for Os?

wish I would have been a former NFL QB, GM job seems a lot easier than these guys make it out to be.

That's why I'm hoping @TREFF wins the lottery, buys an NFL team and hires us all to run the front office.

I know @tlance should be the GM.
I'd be happy being the communications director.
Could send @The Foot to the combine. (But throw his notes away when he gets back. LOL)

What if the only franchise for sale is Buffalo? You don't want to stand at the gate. If it were up to me, I'd make you one of the scouts.
