MLB version of a quality start is a 4.50 ERA which isn't good.

I think the Dodgers are flat out better this year though and I think they have a better shot at winning the World Series if they get there. The difference is better bats. I am concerned about their pitching and rotation, but that looks slightly better then the last two years. Honestly - I thought they over-achieved their ability in the last two years
