This is really interesting (from a Lakers fan perspective) in multiple ways

The fact that Lebron is giving AD #23 makes it clear these guys have been talking. The fact AD is waiving $4m probably also has something to do with Lebron and/or Pelinka

Why waive a $4m pay day when the Lakers might only get mid level players?

I have a feeling Lebron and AD have been making some phone calls to certain players and have a verbal agreement in place with an all-star.

lol well keep in mind that this is the longest stretch of mediocrity I think most of us as Lakers fans have endured. so imo it was fair play for fans of other teams to essentially kick us while we were down...
