Point is, there’s a reason for everything, which includes the reasoning for 3 stars to never have the conversation of joining the Cavs as FA.
why would they have that conversation? The Cavs were over the cap. Not that I think FAs would flock here.

Oh, but wait. The Cavs sat other players too. That's the excuse hypocritical Cavs fans like to use to justify it while ignoring all of the injuries other than Lebron's for the Lakers.

I personally find it funny as all get-out that some of the Cavs fans around here are trying their damndest to tear down organizations like the Lakers and the Heat because those franchises have been way more successful...

talk about some SERIOUS hate issues...

Probably true, but also to be fair might not have missed so many if they were in the race.

Yeah, he still played fairly well, but you could tell he wasn't 100%. Once they were out of it, they shut him down. But I agree that if they were still in the hunt, they don't shut him down.

To answer the Q, looks like Toronto missed around 80 games among Lowry, Kawhi, Van Vleet, Ibaka and OG. LA had way more, but would they have had as many of the games mattered?

Probably close to it since both Ingram and Ball had season ending injuries.

Might the other injured guys have played more, as well? I can't recall what their ailments were.

what about Hart and Rondo?

Rondo, probably.

Hart...I'm not sure. He was basically playing on 1 leg from just before the all star break on. He kept playing because of all of the other injuries. He was the healthiest guy among the MASH unit guys. lol

To imply "as a FA destination they SHOULD win a title first"
So now you get off on repeating other's posts and not just starting arguments?

I'm repeating my own post, hoping at some point you can understand why it was said.
