It's funny, you mention Zubac to most Lakers fans and they are still bitter about that trade. As I've said before, I am much more pissed off about the Lakers waiving Thomas Bryant last summer (who even got paid more than Zubac this past week, 3y/25m). Between that and the Lakers passing on Mitchell Robinson in the draft last year, I wasn't real happy last summer other than the Lebron signing.

Very nice pickup. It's what they needed. A little undersized but he can defend the 3. The last thing you want is Dudley playing valuable minutes lol

Dudley is WASHED.

Bradley was ass for the Clippers.

But, he was legitimately injured.

He played really well for the Griz.

Horrible shooter. But, gets after it on defense and like Beverley, can guard Dude's much bigger than him.

They got shooting in Quinn, defense in Bradley.

Really good pickup.

You can’t really “demand” a trade when you are under contract for 4 more years.

OKC had leverage which is why LAC gave up so much.

But they don’t trade George unless George wants to be traded. When he asked and LAC offered a ton of picks, it gave OKC a way out of their tax mess and they took it.

And if true, great.....But certainly possible OKC was approached by the LAC first and at that time PG had not thought about it.

Yeah it's what they needed but I keep hearing Bradley get shit on about his shooting lol. He isn't very consistent but he had some pretty good season where he shot 4-5 3's/game and shot 39%. In limited time with Memphis he shot 38%. Having guys like Lebron, AD and Kuzma could help but you are right. Consistency is a problem for him.

Kyrie announced his intentions before free agency started, as did Walker. They had a meeting set up wit DLo, but it was reported they wouldn't offer his max. Butler was reportedly interested.

Kyrie announced before FA started. Clearly, that means he spoke to Brooklyn. Same with Walker and the Cs? How do you know the Lakers did not contact him, as well?

OK, Butler was interested, yet decided no thanks......I'd prefer going to a middling potential playoff team.

He's the best guy available and fills a big hole defensively.

.364 career, which would've been 2nd for the Lakers last year behind Lance (of guys that played enough, not Caruso or Bullock). Gotta think he'll get some open looks from Lebron and AD. If he's not hitting them, they have the depth to sit him.
