People don't understand Kawhi. As I read somewhere earlier today, unlike KD/Kyrie, Kawhi literally had no idea where he was going. Those guys had their minds made up long before June 30th about where they were going to sign.

It actually seems like the process started for Kawhi on June 30th

I still think if Kawhi goes to Toronto, he follows, but their salaries are going to be extremely high
