Doubt it. I'll pass on Beal anyway. I have no idea how that money would work and I'm not trading Winslow.

Highly doubt the Wiz would want a deal that would basically have to be Waiters, JJ, and a draft pick

That is $65M combined and I still think the Wiz would want a young player or two in return, future picks, etc.

They would have to trade:

Anderson $21M expiring NG
Dragic $19M expiring
James Johnson $15M player option next year
One of these players Winslow or Waiters $13M or $12M
Future picks

I'm not so sure that is very realistic tbh
