Bama just lost a Safety commit to Michigan, may have opened a spot up for him. I think it's likely mutual, but Gates isn't considering them anymore even if they have room.

he's a huge Clemson fan though and it's like literally next door so i'm sure family is pressuring him to go Clemson, so definitely wouldn't be surprised if he went there even with the slow play.

Clemson came into the game so late. I went to Nebraska this (past) weekend and I was kind of ready to shut it down. It sure is not easy but again it’s a blessing.”

i think he's in too. the comments about wanting to be in the Big10 and maturing on his own seem like comments of someone who decided to go to NU.
