McCaw did tally 74 points last season, so he'll get to 59 if you just have a little patience.

Who does more with less? Name one "great coach" that did more with less?
Obviously, Pop is a good answer but he had HOF players and future HOF players. He was consistent so that is another key.

The fact is even great coaches need great players to win.

i am glad hte Heat are finally having some success. ihope it keeps up. They have a ton of talent. it is just going to take time for it to all come together.

Yet came into last season expecting to come out of the East and went out in round 2.

This isn't to say I don't like the guy, but think he was very overrated coming into last year.

This is why you are totally missing the boat with Kerr, IMO.

There are a lot of coaches who can are capable of overachieving with average talent. Stevens did that. But, he failed when he had a roster good enough to win the whole thing.

Taking a good team and helping them get over the top is more difficult IMO. And Kerr did that. 2017 and 2018 was talent overkill. But his first 2 years he was fantastic.
