lol, i don't know if you have Outback restaurants in your part of the world(guessing you do, but i could be wrong). food there used to be great. me and Mrs. CL went there a couple months ago and the food was undercooked and the portions were smaller. some places get worse over the years...

I used to go to Outback years ago and it was amazing. I think I went there once in the past year and it was still pretty good but not the same.

You beat a 73 win team, broke the curse.

But, that Draymond suspension will always be seen as a obstacle to getting full credit, even though you beat them 2 games after he returned.

The Raptors beat Curry and Draymond. Klay was there for a few games. But, people who want to dismiss them will use that as a way to devalue them.

I'm not one of them.

The biggest thing though is the LeBron factor.

Kawhi is the better player right now.

But, LeBron is the face of the NBA.

don't disagree, but I'll admit I can get behind a title is a title argument as well.

I definitely think more likely TT could stay, but could see the other side of this. If he keeps playing like this then selling high not a bad option.

Plus, it's not just the Cavs choice.

If he is going to leave in free agency, might as well get something in return.

Capspace is only a good thing if there are guys willing to take your money.

Sure, you can go the Knicks route and overpay for mismatched talent.

But, I don't see that kind of dysfunction in your front office.

if he keeps playing like this they will have to keep himi and pay him. he is still relatively young- only 28

and when you think about it--- the dude has lottery pedigree. He brings a lot to the table

Thompson

1. Is a great teammate and leader
2. Has a great work ethic and leads by example

They need those things. And really- Love/TT/Nance is a 4/5 combo that you can win with in the NBA.

If Thompson can keep up what he is doing even relatively similar---- i mean- instead of settling in at 20 and 12- if he is at 15 and 10 that is still excellent

especially considering he is barely turning the ball over, and is looks to have improved his passing as well. Not only that- but he just made his first 3 pointer the other day. If he gets the green-light and can add that to his game - all of a sudden his value could explode.


on the other hand- he keeps playing like this- someone is going to call the Cavs about putting him on their team to help win a title.

And the latter would be a nice problem to have. I could also see wanting to sell high. Of course like all deals, depends what you can get. I certainly would deal him for a bad contract and a late 1st.
