You're stepping up to defend the Cavs and I was defending the Clips with you telling me I was making excuses (for your team).Who cares if they are a foot note or not?
Actually, you are wrong about that too.
The Cavs and that Chip are so deeply entwined with Lebron's legacy that they will be remembered as long as he is.
He did the impossible. Beat a 73 win team and turned a Sports City known for failure into a Champion.
Back to the original topic...
You said Toronto was just as good or better during that period.
You are wrong.
The Cavs beat the Raptors 10 CONSECUTIVE TIMES in the playoffs..
10!!!!
You can't be someone's equal when they snatch the life out of you 10 straight times.
The Cavs owned the Raptors. Their players knew it, their coaches knew it and so does any fan that paid attention to the NBA as a whole.
Nobody has lorded over the Raptors like King James. He has won 80% of the time when he has suited up against them (41-10 in the regular season, 8-2 in the playoffs, including last year’s sweep), with averages of 27.7 points, 7.7 assists and 7.1 rebounds in the non-post-season meetings.
"The last three years have been rough for us, competing against this team," DeRozan said. "Maybe they just got our number. Things just don't go right for us."
“We want to be the organization who knocks that gate down. For whatever reason, we got the unlucky draw every year of going against him.” — Casey
Must be halloween.
Though while you might not like the Cavs I hope your teams wins it all this year if I had to choose a team.
