LA is ranked like 14th in the world for worst traffic and Toronto is 47th.

I was having doubts too - especially after my experience in LA when staples center hosted All Star weekend back in 2011. That was the worst traffic I had experienced in my life!

It still is - city real estate prices rose 8.5% in August 2018 over August 2017.

Buying any real estate here right now is pretty much a sure bet. We're landlocked both naturally and artificially so new developments (especially for detached, single-family homes) are unrealistic and that means existing land zoned as such is worth a shit ton.
