did you root for shaq when he went to Miami? and he was TRADEd to Miami...

of course not.

like i said

i am glad that LeBron will struggle to get out of the first round and his streak of 8 straight finals will come to an end, and that at the end of the NBA season he will more of a footnote then a major story after Round 1

Yeah, I actually did.....loved Shaq.

I hope somewhere down the road the Cavs do the right thing & retire JR's #. He deserves it.

Oh how quickly wiggy went from praising everything LeBron does to talking shit about him. Funny stuff. Has anyone made popcorn lately? This could get good.

This season will be hilarious....If only I could pull up his post when Lebron left Miami for Cleveland

I have sai over and over- i think LeBron will be the best player in the world for 2 more seasons.

After that, in his age 36 season- who knows. LeBron is a physical freak and cant be compared to others because of his other-wordly talent and the way he takes care of his body etc....but there also hs never beeen anyone in that has as many miles as him at his age.

Is it really surprising that I dont want to see LeBron win anymore now that he is gone?

I can only imagine the overly homeristic mumjo-jumbo he was spewing when that happened.

to quote the crazy lady from Ace Ventura.

"That (Dan Marino) LeBron James can die of gonorhea and rot in hell, would you like a cookie?"

cmon, are you bummed that LeBron has little to no chance of even getting to the conference finals, let alone the finals, let alon winning it this year?

I think you should cheer him on in LA-LA Land. Myself though I'd have to stop watching the NBA before I would ever root for duh Purple n Gold. I hope they move to Seattle soon.

overy homerstic?

they won a title and got to 4 straight Finals......if all goes as is expected he wont even make it out of the 2nd round this year. Will it make me happy watching the 2nd round of the NBA playoffs and not seeing the purple and gold in all likelihood? OF COURSE

if you ask me thats fucking glorious.

he will be 34 in December and has the most miles on him of any athlete in NBA history at his age.

on the other hand- he is STILL the best player in basketball- and probably will be this year and next year. He is a physical freak that cant be graded on the same scale as everyone else because of reliable he has been, how he has never had a major injury, how he takes care of his body, etc.

but father time comes for everyone. 2 more super elite years for lebron- and then we have to see just how much of a "freak" he is.

Guy who posted this is an idiot. The # of titles they're winning is not the reason why people are saying that lol
But, it is the indirect reason. I mean come on, do you think people think they brought in KD & Boogie without the expectation of winning titles? Both moves ensures dominance in most peoples' eyes.

I hear the noise about re-seeding and I absolutely hate the idea

It needs to stay the way it is with East and West conferences. period. the end.
Most fans of EC teams have this opinion...because it would mean less # of teams that are located in the East make the post season.

hes gonna get paid big time i would think---- though, what teams out there even have money to give Capela? Who is undeer the cap and who is Houston bidding against?

that may make the negotiations tough

if Capela wants say like 20-24M a year, and there is no one offering him that and the Rockets see for example the Randle contract and only want to give Capela like 16 a year, what happens?

shoudl be interesting
This is the problem. They've already been in talks with Capela but the two sides can't agree on a #. Should be interesting. I will laugh if they lose him.

Is there any truth to the rumor that LiAngelo will be LeBron's gardener until he catches on w/ an NBA team?

And I can't blame him for going across the country to a new & possibly exciting job opportunity. He went from The Land of doom & gloom to The Land of boobs & botox.

The Lakers have LeBron, and the Celtics dont, and everyone thinks the Celtics are a much better team.

Who saw that coming?

Easy. You pull the fucking trigger and don't think twice.

I love Ingram and his upside but you do it in a heartbeat without hesitation.

Leonard is a top 5 player and would give us 2 of those. The only concern is his injury but I'd take that risk after our medical staff checks him out.
I like Magic's approach. The reason I disagree with you here is because he will be FREE next year to sign out right - without having to give up assets. Couple that with his unknown health. Think about this: he's been out basically a year with a thigh injury. Should that really have taken this long to heal? My guess is there's something else going on. Also, he was the one player people thought was the most mild mannered and would NEVER demand a trade. After this circus how do you know he won't do the same thing in LA - especially if what we heard about him not wanting to play on a superteam is true?

I still think the Celtics were the better all around team last year. Not being a homer or anything but I think if Kyrie & Hayward were healthy Boston would have won the series.
