The Pistons can be a playoff team but their ceiling is probably a 1st round exist.

I agree....i actually think that OSU and UGA would beat both ND and OKL. but you have to take care of business.

Expanding the playoff would take away the importance of the regular season and the college football regular season is a lot of fun.

oh well...the Rose Bowl is a nice consolation prize.

Where is the importance of the regular season for Ohio State and UCF? Are you telling me neither of those teams is deserving of a shot?

All the power conference champs should be in and that is mathematically impossible with the current system. So yeah, they need to expand.

So you want to add even more games to the college schedule? These kids are students, not pros. They have tests to take in December.

Every other level of college football has a playoff.

Take away a regular season game if you want. But a 8 game, 3 team playoff would be easy to do.

Round 1 the week between Xmas and New Years, round 2 the week after, and round 3 when the championship normally is. No impact whatsoever on exams, or even the spring semester for most schools.

I mean if Washington had 1 loss maybe theyd have an argument- but if Washington had 2 they wouldnt have a prayer and to think they even deserve a 2nd thought with 3 losses is ludicrous.

What is the line on OSU/Wash right now? and OSU is 6th in the final rankings.

That's not the point. Obviously, under the current rules, Washington has no business being in the playoff. This isn't about the current system, it's about expanding the playoff.

No idea what the line on Washington/tOSU is, I don't gamble (other than driving on SoCal freeways lol), so I don't pay attention to it.

Under an 8 team playoff...tOSU would be in.
