what the fuck does KD to Knicks confirmed mean?

It's a running joke (but could partially be true) among Warrior fans that KD's gone.

But the post was mostly to indicate that the Warriors will definitely have the means to pay a huge luxury bill if they want to. They already have 2 BILLION in committed money coming in. That's insane.

Woj said that the offer was going to be more underwhelming than the deal is now when it gets to the offseason.. I dont think it will still be there
And why should that matter to the Pels? The whole point of waiting is to weigh ALL options and not just the one from the Lakers. We don't know what might happen in the summer with FA and the lottery balls.
Nobody seriously thinks the Lakers are going to drop out of the race for AD this summer. And if they did that would be their loss and another mistake by their FO.

His issue has been settling for bad shots. Prestis biggest failure was that he didn’t surround him with shooters. Russ is so competitive that eventually when the others aren’t making shots you better believe he is going to take matters in his own hands. For whoever was saying he isn’t a pass guy or something like that, he had 16 assists last night, end of story. I have watched almost every game he has played with the thunder, he is a different player this year and PG wouldn’t be in the MVP conversation if he wasn’t. He still needs to slow it down at times but when you got a guy like that you just take it all and take your chances. If he would swear to never take another off the dribble 3 he would be an even better player and he has cut them way down. He is a good enough catch and shoot guy even from 3. There will be a time in the playoffs where he has to go into maniac mode and get to the rim, that’s the Russ I like watching.

I agree with most of this. And it is mostly shot selection that has been his problem.

As for the passing thing, it has never been that he doesn't pass. Of course he passes. But he also controlled and micromanaged every aspect of the offense in the past and not in a good way. If you are going to dominate the ball with a 40% usage rate, you better be super efficient. And Russ wasn't.

His efficiency still isn't great, but his usage rate has come way down last couple weeks. HE seems to be forcing fewer shots early in the shot clock and the result has been that the team has been great.

It's not that they are hesitant necessarily; they aren't getting real counters from the Pelicans. The Pelicans just keep moving the goalposts, not really negotiating at all. They're basically cutting off the nonsense and will address a counter if/when it comes.
Pels probably feel like they don't need to counter as there is no rush for them. lol

Dude, just watch some basketball man. Klay is superior to Butler and Harris. Not even Cavs fans would agree with you on Butler or Harris being better than Klay. Also you have to understand fit too. Do you not think if the Warriors offered Klay for Butler straight up now that the 76ers wouldn't snap accept that deal. Or for Harris?

Your player valuation meter is broken it seems.

We established that pretty clearly over the past few days. This is just more confirmation.

They'll take less this summer and like it I guess.
I think that's only an opinion shared by Laker fans. There is a greater possibility they get more if they wait, not less.

Why would someone being a cavs' fan matter in this discussion. A good poster bases his comments on the post. Not the poster. If wiggy were saying what you are I'd openly tell him I disagree.

No to your question as they have a slightly lesser version of Klay in Redick.
